2010 National TSA Conference
The Technology Student Association national conference is in 10 days! Are you ready? Since 1978, 2,000,000 middle and high school students have participated in this organization. This year's conference will mark the 32 nd anniversary and will be held in Baltimore, MD starting June 28 through July 2. Student Attitudes About STEM
So, what do today's students think about STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics)? Do they feel prepared to succeed in these fields? A recent survey of over 500 high school students shows that 85% expressed an interest in STEM fields. Many of these students (56%)indicate their motivation would be in "protecting the environment" or "improving our society".
